I’d give these speakers a zero if I could. After thorough research, I bought these speakers. The first pair appeared to be new, but when they were attached to both my MacBook and iMac, they produced NO sound, even though they were receiving power. I exchanged them for another pair, figuring this was just a one time glitch. It was not. Not only did the replacement pair not work, but they also appeared to be USED! I don’t know if this is Amazon’s fault or the manufacturer, but either way, I wasted alot of time and energy with useless junk. I don’t know if they would have worked on a PC, but if you’re a Mac user, BEWARE!

They’re not loud, they’re too small, and they have no bass. The “subwoofer” is about 1.5 inches and they sound like garbage. I would say they are worth about $15 at the most. Don’t buy speakers for your laptop that hook up using a USB cable.

I bought Logitech 970155-0403 about a month ago. It was not a new one but I thought it at least works. But, I was wrong. It does not work. I have tried with three different computers but I don’t think it is computer problem but the item which I bought from Amazon. I feel like I am a jerk. I paied for nothing but a garbage. I hope that this kind of thing never happen again in amazon. I have been buying many items from amazon. Everything was good until now. I feel very bad… this time.

Well, I bought these speakers at Circuit City the other day. They were having a big going-out-of-business, bankruptcy, liquidation sale. So, I bought these speakers for about $50-60, brought them home, plugged them into my laptop and… NOTHING. And, now I’ve learned they DO NOT work with Windows Vista (Jesus, are these speakers THAT out of date, that they don’t work with Vista? Wtf?). Of course, I’m sure Circuit City will not take them back, considering there financial situation (it wouldn’t matter anyway, I threw away the receipt). So, once more, burned again. Just my luck.

Prompt shipping so I received the product quickly. Unfortunately, the product was defective and returned. Return process was smooth and credit was received without any problem. My 1 star rating is a result of the product being defective. I would have preferred to not to rate the product because I was unable to use it.
