well, at 30% of the cost of a true DELL replacement, this has to be the bargain of the century. It works great, gives great charge for >3 hours. We’ve only had it a month – and who knows how long it will last, but our first dell battery only lasted a year – so I think these are a great choice.

The 9 cell was a great replacement for my Insp. 1525. My 6 cell wasnt charging and before that it only lasted about an hour. After receiving the battery I figured out that my PC’s charging board was bad. After I replaced the board I was able to fully charge this battery and it is working perfectly (4+hours). Initially the battery was a tight fit, but slides in smoothly now. This is a 9 cell so it will extend past your PC’s case by a 3/4 in. I’ll update after I put some more miles on the battery.

Never received the item. The seller asked for more info which amazon said should never happen. I reported it to amazon and never recived a reply. A reason to be leary of a seller with no history. I had to put down a rating for this item for the review to post.
