Nice case as long as u don’t expect it to provide the least bit of protection.

This Neoprene for netbook, is very fragile and look very cheap. I buy one in amazon and do not use it. For this price and the shipping you buy another one better like targus in BB, with a mouse free like ofert. Thanks.

It is ok, but the computer comes with one almost as good. Buy a better one or use the one with the netbook.

The ASUS 1000He is a good machine for the price. I have been using it for about one week and am impressed with the screen and keyboard. I had been using an ACER 8.9 inch screen, but the keyboard was smaller and more difficult to type with. I like the fact that this machine is quickly upgradable for its memory and the hard drive is also readily accessible. The bluetooth capability is excellent, as it frees up a USB port.
The battery, while listed as providing “UP TO 9.5 HOURS” understates the capability. I have been able to get no more than 6:45 out of the battery (although this is not too shabby). Also, trying to set up the online storage is complicated. The code that should have been on the manual was not there. Also, I tried runnig the machine in 1024×768-compressed mode. It worked, but I had a video card problem that had a square of multi-colored pixels following my mouse around the keyboard. It went away when I went back to normal resolution. I also find the 30-day no “bright screen spots” a bit disconcerting, as it makes me think thzt they know they have a problem with their scrren or video card and did not want to take the time to take care of the problem, so the warranty could also be one year for the screen (under normal use).
Overall, I am quite satisfied with the machine as it is easier to type on, has better screen resolution than other machines and is quite modest in price. I find the pluses of the machine outweigh the negatives. I would like to see more memory capability in the future.

As expected. Could do away with the handles – it’s an ultraportable, who needs handles, maybe I’ll cut them off.
